Purple Spinach Monster Smoothie Recipe
When is comes to a fun, fast and kid friendly recipe for smoothie, this is a true winner. Kids of all ages, even toddlers, love to eat brightly colored foods - especially purple! Moms love this fruit smoothie recipe because of the hidden nutrition of spinach and antioxidants of blackberries.
Ingredients: • 1 ripe banana – can be frozen for extra creaminess • ½ cup fresh blackberries • 1 cup milk of choice (I used and like unsweetened coconut, almond and rice) • 1 handful fresh spinach • Optional: scoop of vanilla protein powder of choice
Instructions: • Combined all ingredients in a blender • Blend and enjoy!! (I told you this recipe for smoothie was going to be fast!)
